What is the expected shipping time for my order?

We aim to dispatch your order within 1 working day.Unfortunately there are occasions that high demand for our products may mean that we become temporarily out of stock, in such cases we order from our supplier immediately. This can however mean that the dispatch of your order may be delayed. If this happens we endeavor to contact you immediately with the necessary information.

Do we deliver abroad?

Yes, we do deliver abroad. Will you let me know that my order has been processed?

A confirmation email is sent after your order is placed, outlining all of the details of the purchase.It’s a good idea to double check this email to make sure all of the information is correct, so that any errors can be quickly amended before it is dispatched.

When the order is dispatched, a further email will be sent with the delivery and tracking information.

How do I measure for Curtains?

It is advisable to use a metal tape measure were possible and take time to measure carefully so you give exact and correct measurements. 

The Width
To measure the window width for net curtain, simply measure the inside of the recess from wall to wall (c – d below).  

The Drop
The length of the curtain means measuring from the top of the window recess or the top of the net/tension rod or net wire to the bottom of the window sill or ledge (a – b above). Net curtains usually come in standard drops but can be altered if a window is between sizes. This would mean choosing the longer drop in order for it to be taken up.

What is the difference between a duvet cover and a quilt cover?

There is no difference between a duvet cover and a quilt cover. They are the same thing with a different name.

What is Polyester Cotton?

Polyester is a man-made fabric that stays wrinkle free – which is perfect if you don’t like ironing sheets!  It keeps its shape too so can withstand lots of washes and tumble drying whilst maintaining quality. The polyester cotton mix helps keep the natural soft feel and cool qualities of cotton, while bringing the easy care qualities of polyester. The polyester cotton mix also makes them a cost effective option against 100% cotton sheets.

What is Microfiber?

Microfiber is fine strands of polyester. It has the easy care characteristics of polyester while it is softer to touch due to the finer fibers.

Microfiber sheets are lightweight, and ideal for people with allergies, as allergens don’t get trapped in the fibers. This is a man-made fabric with very fine fibers that is easy cleaned.

What is Egyptian Cotton?

Egyptian Cotton is traditionally an extremely high quality fabric. The cotton is grown in humid conditions along the banks of the River Nile, which helps long cotton fibers to grow. It’s these long cotton fibers that make Egyptian Cotton unique, soft and long-lasting.

100% Cotton sheets are a natural product and so are ideal if you want to avoid man-made fabrics. Cotton bed linen is soft and smooth, providing a better quality fabric than a polyester cotton mix. Pure cotton sheets are also much cooler and while they are still very durable they do require more ironing than polyester cotton sheets! Compared to Egyptian Cotton sheets, general cotton sheets have smaller threads but are still soft and durable.
